New Laws as of 1st October 2023
Are you aware of the latest changes to The Building Safety Act, and how they apply to you? 🔥

The main points being:
Further requirements and clarification for Responsible Persons and the documentation they need to be able to produce
Responsible Persons must ensure full details and records are kept of Fire Risk Assessments
Cooperation and coordination between Responsible Persons
New duties also apply to buildings containing two or more sets of domestic premises.
Increased level of fines
We urge everyone to read approved articles (linked below), and the help sheets also published on the government website, to ensure they know exactly what has changed and now being enforced. And to check your fire safety responsibilities under the new Section 156 order.
