New Laws as of 1st October 2023

Are you aware of the latest changes to The Building Safety Act, and how they apply to you? 🔥

The main points being:

• Further requirements and clarification for Responsible Persons and the documentation they need to be able to produce

• Responsible Persons must ensure full details and records are kept of Fire Risk Assessments

• Cooperation and coordination between Responsible Persons

• New duties also apply to buildings containing two or more sets of domestic premises.

• Increased level of fines
